(she/her/elle/她)
I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at Webflow, developing an ecosystem that empowers anybody to create for the web.
I’m a self-taught designer with a penchant for systems thinking. I love working at the intersection of design, development, and community. I've led and shipped many 0 -> 1 design experiences at high-growth startups and large companies across various domains, including financial services, education communication, and travel.
I thrive on building scalable, sustainable systems and facilitating a collaborative, cross-functional product development process to deliver business impact and delightful user experiences.

Beyond design
After hours, Rachel is...
📚 Learning languagesI’ve been learning and practicing French and Mandarin Chinese to connect with my husband’s native French culture and my Taiwanese-American heritage, respectively. I'm always open to any great book, film, or show recommendations.
👗 Crafting and curating a sustainable wardrobeEver since I designed shopping experiences at Modern Citizen and ThredUp, I’ve been deeply inspired to build a wardrobe with style and materials that stand the test of time while minimizing waste and carbon impact on the earth.
🍜 Cooking, baking, and eatingI like to pretend I'm a masterchef at home. I enjoy sweet 'n savory flavors or anything with QQ texture. Nothing makes me feel more at home than a hearty bowl of noodle soup (Taiwanese beef noodle soup, pho, ramen, etc).
🏸 Playing badmintonIn my pre-pandemic life, I enjoyed organizing rallies and playing in corporate tournaments.
